Hi there, my name is Patricia Petro. I am the web designer here at Sweet Solutions.
Much of my time is spent in my office. It’s often difficult for me to tear myself away from my work. My desk area is an organized mess, littered with paper and files. Post-it notes cling to every hard surface. My To Do List is a mile long. I’m busy doing what I love, and I wouldn’t want it any other way.
A Bit About the Business—Sweet Solutions is a small, independent web design business based in northwest OH USA. In business since 2002, we specialize in effective, affordable web design. The collective “we” used here and elsewhere on this site is technically me, myself, and I—Patricia Petro. I am solely responsible for design and development, client projects, this site’s content, routine maintenance, blog entries, and all things creative. Tom Schmidt, my husband and brilliant IT, handles the tech side of things. He keeps computers, office machines, and software updated and running smoothly. ♥
Are you looking for an honest, creative, talented web designer?
The gist of who I am is on the right.
I started designing websites way back in the daze of DOS, when we were all Internet newbies. The “we” in this case was a clique of online women from around the world who were designing graphics and websites for personal use.
I taught myself HTML and CSS, picked up what I needed to know for more complex applications, and completed several college courses to hone my skills, including:
fun feline female
sweet sincere saucy
a poet a writer a reader
cheerful optimistic honest
cotton denim satin and lace
music lover art lover film lover
pro web designer extraordinaire
caring daring kind compassionate
spiritual emotional passionate playful
homeowner lawn mower garden grower
daydream believer and homecoming queen
